What size should I order?
We’re here to help you find the right size when buying a gift or shopping for yourself. Follow these helpful guidelines to help you choose:
Our women’s style tees are slim fitting and are especially designed for a woman’s shape. Since they can run small, our suggestion is to order one size up. If you’re looking for a looser fitting tee, choose our unisex tee. They're true to size and make the perfect gift for men and women.
For all other apparel including dresses, pants, and jumpsuits, please check out the sizing chart provided for each item. If you’re still unsure about sizing, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long will it take for processing and shipping?
We take pride in making sure your order is done right. So, processing, packaging, and shipping could take up to 7-10 days. Most days, however, it happens much sooner since we ship daily. Once your order has been processed and packaged, shipping time can take up to 2-3 business days. We do offer express shipping, which is handled through USPS that’s delivered in 1-2 business days.
For your convenience, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your items have shipped. With this tracking number, you’re able to see exactly where your item is and when it’s expected to arrive.
Holidays and inventory availability may cause delays.
Please ensure that your address is correct upon checking out. We ship your items directly to the address listed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We try to accommodate as many international locations as we can. When ordering, proceed to check out and verify if your country is available for selection. Please contact us through our customer care line or email us if you don’t see your country listed and we’ll work on a solution for you. We know you're excited about ordering and will respond to you within two hours of receiving your email.
What is your exchange / return policy?
We’ll gladly help you with returns or exchanges on clothing items. Please return the items within 10 days of you receiving your order. Please make sure the items you're returning, or exchanging have not been worn or used. You may exchange your item for another item of the same value or choose store credit for the same value.

Can I return jewelry or accessories?
We’re sorry but all jewelry and accessory sales are final. These items can’t be exchanged for another item and we can’t issue store credit for these purchases.
How much does shipping cost?
We use USPS Priority Shipping. All domestic orders are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.00. Purchases over $100 receive free shipping. We also offer express shipping through USPS which cost a flat rate fee of $24.70. Before choosing express shipping, please contact us through email or our customer care line so we can confirm your items are available for express shipping.
